Category Manager (Pump Equipment)

Main tasks:
- Develop and implement the supplier management strategy for the pump equipment category
- Build, maintain, and continuously update a database of existing and potential suppliers
- Establish and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with leading suppliers, engaging with senior management and key decision-makers
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers in line with business requirements
- Maintain regular communication with suppliers to ensure alignment, effective collaboration, and achievement of strategic objectives
- Organize and lead commercial and contractual negotiations with prospective and existing suppliers
- Negotiate and optimize commercial terms, delivery schedules, order volumes, and logistics arrangements
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations throughout the contract lifecycle
- Maintain direct communication and collaboration with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers)
- Support the order placement and procurement process
- Plan and coordinate Quality Control (QC) activities, including workload and resource planning
- Manage supplier pricing, including price review, validation, approval, and continuous optimization
- Identify and qualify additional manufacturing facilities or production sites when required
- Lead and coordinate ISO certification initiatives as part of the company's long-term quality and operational development
- Prepare analytical reports, supplier performance metrics, and statistical analyses to support decision-making
- Participate in the development and enhancement of Roytec's IT tools and digital solutions
- Lead and develop a team of engineers as the organization grows
- Participate in the technical and commercial evaluation and development of customer projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement/Logistics
- Experience working with suppliers
- Experience in finding new suppliers
- Negotiation experience
- Experience working in industrial companies (equipment)
- Strong negotiation skills and focus on results
- Fluent or Native Chinese or Russian and advanced English
